Connect Claude
Connect Claude to your Hemix record over MCP so you can ask about your results in plain language. About two minutes.
What you'll need
- A Hemix account with some results in it.
- Claude with custom connector support.
- The Hemix connector URL:
https://mcp.hemix.life/mcp
Steps
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors (the wording varies by client) and choose to add a custom connector.
- Paste the connector URL:
https://mcp.hemix.life/mcp - Claude opens a Hemix page in your browser. Sign in to Hemix if you aren't already.
- On the permission screen, review what Claude may access and approve. (Optionally allow it to *propose* additions — supplements, journal notes, reminders — which you'll still confirm one by one.)
- You're connected. Ask Claude something like *"What were my last cholesterol results?"*
Approving a change
If you let Claude propose additions, it never saves directly. It hands you a confirmation link; you open it on Hemix, review exactly what will be written, and approve. Only then is it saved — tagged as added by your agent, and editable anytime.
Disconnect
Go to Settings → Connected agents and revoke the connection. Access stops immediately.
*Claude's answers are its own output, not Hemix's. Hemix exports your stored record — values, ranges, dates — never a Hemix-computed diagnosis. Hemix is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device.*
